VANDAL RESISTANT SOLAR BATTEN LIGHT

The SLD Vandal Resistant Solar Batten Light is designed to replace or provide reliable “mains power free” solar lighting. Manufactured from high impact polycarbonate with no exposed buttons, the solar batten light is purpose designed for public space illumination or locations that theft or vandalism is a serious and ongoing concern. This versatile fitting allows for colour temperature selection of the LED’s between 3000k and 5000k, a choice of LED wattage outputs and a range of modes of operation programs. We supply the SLD vandal resistant Solar batten Light with a 30w flexible solar panel that will match the profile of the roof and ensure a fast recharge.

PIR (movement) activated. Remote controlled ON/OFF. Dimmable 100% – 8% output. Connect multiple lights together to operate independently or together from one remote.

WHAT IS A LUMEN?In simple terms, Lumens are a measure of the total amount of visible light from a lamp or light source. The higher the lumen rating, the “brighter” the lamp will work.

FAMILIAR EXAMPLES

A typical 4 x D cell battery maglite will emit approx. 70 lumens
The average path light using 2-3 LEDs emits 15-18 lumens
A 25W incandescent globe emits approximately 160 lumens
