Product Description.

SLD (4G) IOT NETWORK GATEWAY

As part of our continuous effort for to offer the most innovative products Solar Lighting Designs have developed an IOT (Internet of Things) based remote monitoring and control platform for our SLD Modular Pro and SLD Blade Range of solar streetlights. The SLD Network Gateway  uses secure 4G technology to monitor and control, in real time,  individual or groups of solar streetlights. Our custom designed MPPT solar charge controller has IOT capability  preinstalled and is initiated by adding a network gateway. The iNET™  IOT Intelligent Lighting Control System provides an offsite, cloud-based central management system for automated asset monitoring from  anywhere in the world. Real time data captured from all connected  fittings, monitoring power consumption and generation, individual  component status and allows full programming control over of up to 200 grouped or individual light fittings.

Additional Information

GLOBAL MANAGEMENT OF CONNECTED ASSETS:
Run diagnosis and control remotely from a monitoring Centre providing real time data on all connected solar streetlights from one screen.

ALARM FAULTS:

MODE OF OPERATION PROGRAMMING:
Modify the solar streetlight mode of operation according to your needs or seasonal conditions simply, remotely, and immediately.

WHAT IS A LUMEN?

In simple terms, Lumens are a measure of the total amount of visible light from a lamp or light source. The higher the lumen rating, the “brighter” the lamp will work.

FAMILIAR EXAMPLES

  • A typical 4 x D cell battery maglite will emit approx. 70 lumens
  • The average path light using 2-3 LEDs emits 15-18 lumens
  • A 25W incandescent globe emits approximately 160 lumens
